Appearance: I’m first transfixed by this thick creamy head. It is quite substantial. The beer is copper colored and a tad cloudy. It’s quite pretty.
Smell: Very floral. It’s like walking out into your garden on a nice sunny day.
Taste: Sweet at first, but it quickly becomes distinctly hoppy. There is a bit of bitterness left on the tongue afterwards. I get an odd honey note as well. Pleasant in a way though.
Overall: This beer was peculiar in a good way. 72/100. This is definitely not an everyday beer, but could really turn a bright, sunny day on the porch into something special.
