Appearance: Ruddish like oxidized metal with a quickly disappearing, light head

Smell: Incredibly hoppy; nothing else can penetrate the bitter floral smell.

Taste: Overly bitter, overwhelmingly so. It’s not completely unpalatable, but the flavor leaves a great deal to be desired. Not a top notch IPA.

Overall: This is not the worst beer that I’ve had, but it is definitely the worst Sam Adam’s beer that I’ve had the displeasure of tasting. 41/100.
